Membership of the ‘THE CALIFORNIA GRAY WHALE FAN CLUB’ involves responsibilities. The Coalition successfully lobbied the California Assembly and Senate to pass a Joint Resolution calling on Congress to insist on a comprehensive review of all threats facing the Whales and to relist the species. The Coalition is now lobbying the new congress to follow through with the CALIFORNIA JOINT RESOLUTION.
